Eaves Hall

Eaves Hall is an exclusive-use country house at West Bradford, near Clitheroe, run by James' Places. Ceremonies take place in the Pendle Room for up to 120 or the Ballroom for up to 60, and the Wedding Pavilion and Veranda are licensed for outdoor ceremonies of up to 120. Up to 120 sit down for the wedding breakfast, with minimum numbers of 60 to 80 depending on the day, and up to 250 can come in the evening. Italianate terraces lead down to the grounds, where marquee weddings are also possible. There are 30 bedrooms, six of them suites in the hall, plus The Lodge. Packages start from £5,995 for the Christmas edition on selected December 2026 dates; the standard headline price is from £6,995.
