Whalley Village Hall is a community hall on Accrington Road in the centre of Whalley, hired out for classes, meetings, events and celebrations. The Main Hall measures about 10 by 11.5 metres and seats up to 150, or 175 for dancing, and the upstairs Austin Room seats 30 to 35. Tables, chairs and a projector screen are included. The small kitchen has a microwave, kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery but no oven or hob. The hall is not licensed to sell alcohol, so a licence must be arranged for any bar, ending by 11pm.
